How to make a return
All returns should be pre-authorized. Please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will gladly provide you with the relevant instructions.

Applicable circumstances for return of goods for refund
- You can report any defective item within 7 days from the date of receipt. In this case, we will replace it with the same item.
- We do not offer satisfaction returns. We kindly advise reading all the information about the item carefully before purchasing it.
Refund Process
We will refund your original payment for the item within 5 business days after we have negotiated an agreement.
Shipping costs for returned goods
If the return is due to the quality of the merchandise, we will bear the full cost of shipping; if the return is due to the customer himself, the customer needs to bear the full cost of shipping;
Unclaimed/rejected/undeliverable packages
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable for unclaimed/rejected/undeliverable packages. If you would like us to resend your order, you may be asked to pay additional shipping charges.
