Do you offer a price match guarantee?
We take pride ourselves in not only having the best selection of high-quality adult toys but also in having the most competitive prices. If you find a lower price on anything you’ve purchased from HotCherry within 30 days of delivery of your item, contact [email protected]. We will match the price and refund you the difference.
Can I cancel my order?
We typically process orders within 30 minutes from the time the order was placed. Once an order is processed, we are unable to cancel it. If you no longer wish to receive your order, you can refuse it at delivery or take the unopened bag/box you don't want to keep to the carrier and mark it as “Return to Sender.” The order is considered used once the shipping box is opened and cannot be returned to our warehouse.
Can I place an order over the phone?
No. You will need to place your order online using our website.
Do you offer discreet shipping and billing?
Yes, all orders are shipped in generic boxes or bubble mailers. The shipping labels and return address are for our warehouse, and all billing is done through HCCO Retail Ltd.
Do you deliver to a PO Box?
Yes, we do also ship with USPS. Only USPS is permitted to deliver to a PO Box.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping service. The delivery time also depends on when you place your order. We offer same-day dispatch on all orders placed before noon ET. Orders placed after noon ET will be dispatched on the next business day, excluding holidays. Estimated Delivery Time 5-7 Business Days
